Years ago, I recognized a growing need in the ministry community—many ordained ministers and leaders were struggling because they lacked the proper training to guide their congregations effectively. This realization, combined with my extensive background in ministry and healthcare, fueled my desire to help others. During the pandemic, I saw firsthand the challenges that churches and ministry leaders faced, and I felt a calling to equip them with the tools, knowledge, and support they needed to lead with confidence.

Building Cyntrel Janeau Ministries, Inc. has been a journey of faith, perseverance, and personal growth. Over the years, I’ve balanced my career in nursing, my role as a wife and mother, and my ministry, and each experience has shaped the way I approach my work. My vision is to provide practical training for ministry leaders while offering personal coaching and transformational speaking to individuals who are ready to step into their full potential. Through my work, I aim to not only help people achieve success in their careers but also to experience profound personal and spiritual transformation. I am honored to serve as a resource for others, and I believe that every person has the potential to achieve greatness when given the right guidance and support.
